The story so far…
In his quest for the perfect pizza, Sebastian Vince, weary from his travels, stumbled upon a picturesque little village far to the north west of Naples called Walthamstow where he ate the best pizza he'd ever had…
…so, he stayed and learned the secrets from the wise old pizzaiolo they called Ricardo and took this precious knowledge back to his village of Battersea where the locals marvelled at the lightness of the crust…
…and when the 100th person told him it was the best pizza they'd ever eaten, he decided to buy delivery bikes and give jobs to the young men and women of his village so that they may earn money, and maybe buy more pizza…
…so now the villagers who live as far afield as a mile can have their pizza brought to them without losing the space right outside their house because they have to get up early to play golf or do yoga.
